Monitor granny's vitals remotely, with Exmocare wristwatch
This product is either a really really good use of technology, or it's something that confirm suspicions that society is doomed.
The wristwatch monitors the wearer's vital signs and then transmits them to the carer's computer. It transmits 8 different emotions, according to your combination of heart rate, galvanic skin (?) and motion. In addition, it acts as a GPS tracker, so you'll not only know how they are, but where they are. Happy in Urban Outfitters, sad in the supermarket.. So. This might just save someone's life. On the other hand, it might be another opportunity to pass the responsibility of poorly loved ones to a computer programme.
