Code M - Wireless Music-Playing Sneakers

Once again, technology attempts to fill a need I didn't know I had.  Specifically - DADA Surpreme is trying to cut down on the devices I need to wear, but integrating an MP3 player into my shoes. This isn't like the Nike/Apple partnering where the shoes sync with the music player...in this case the shoes are the music player.

Don't worry, it's wireless - as we'd all look pretty silly with cables winding down from our heads to our feet.

Actually, I don't think DADA is trying to make things easier for consumers at all. According to their website, they are trying to capture some of the youth market's passion for DABs for the footware market. Hence, a chunky pair of sneakers with a USB port (for file transfer and device charging) , enough memory for about 100 songs built-in to the heel and tongue, and a pair of wireless headsets that which will recieve the music from up to 30-feet from the shoes (for those times you want to run barefoot in the park without giving up your tunes). Or, you can take the headphones off, and just use the built-in speakers to broadcast what's on your feet - which will no doubt be entertaining to your neighborhood cats and dogs, and sundry other creatures who live at your foot level.

I don't know that these will absolute storm the youth DAB market...but I imagine a classroom full of student sporting speakers in their sneakers would drive teachers a bit mad.
