Calorie-Burning Sauna
Once again, I am facing summer sans air-conditioner - so there are days I'm practically living in a sauna. Sadly, it's only making me cranky, disgusting and sweaty - and not offering any apparent health benefits. If I had a few spare thousand lying about, I could get myself one of these Heath Mate infrared saunas, and sweat away impurities and calories through direct infra red heat.
Of course, if I had a few spare thousand lying about, I could probably afford to live somewhere with air-conditioning.
