The Digital Body Fat Scale uses Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA) technology to measure your body fat, which is a good thing to know if you're one of those folks who do that...whatchamacallit...yeah, exercising.

Up to four people can enter their personal data (height, age, gender) and the scale will recognise them and track their individual body fat histories. It certainly must be better to track body fat fluctuations this way, rather than relying on those other three people in the house to ask, "Are you putting on weight?" from time to time.
