15 million missed medical appointments occur every year and cost the UK government millions in lost revenue. A new SMS service, The Messaging Centre, from TMC is set to reduce that by at least 30%. Available to government healthcare departments, GP and dental surgeries, hospitals or any other company, the service will text a reminder to the appointment holder ensuring that they get to where they are supposed to be on time.
