Anyway, outside of my brain, this is actually the Skip Doctor Advanced by Pinpoint. You squirt on re-surfacing stuff onto your scratched up CDs, DVDs or console discs, put it into the contraption and go hell-for-leather on the handle until it has rotated the disc and squidged all the stuff into the scratches.
