Like wearing heels, but can't bear to be stuck in a pair all day? This concept design from Walking Chair lets you have the best of both worlds, allowing you to flip down your heel when the balls on your foot start screaming obscenities at you.

I just hope that's one secure locking mechanism to keep the heel up! And that it'll be available in more (or should I say less?) colours than shown... [Sara Wallen]
