iToppers iBook Covers : Shiny Shiny

Sure, laptop skins - those fancy removable stickers meant to spruce up your laptop with a bit of colour - are nothing new. However, this is the first time I've seen a line designed with a very specific laptop in mind. iToppers are pressure sensitive vinyl skins meant for the 12" & 14" iBooks (although they'll apparently fit the Powerbooks as well) and are designed to give your iBook a boost while ensuring the ever important apple logo glows without impediment so everyone recognises you as a member of Clan Mac User. The colour and pattern selection is fairly limited at the moment, but their website promises more to come. The iToppers will run you approximately $14-$19; a price which, as the website is sure to point out, is for purchase of an iTopper only - not an iBook as well. But let's face it; if you think you can get an iBook for $19, your apple probably wasn't glowing so brightly to begin with. - [Star C. Foster]
