I generally forget to include "juice" when I make up my grocery list, so my morning routine generally passes Vitamin C-less. (Hence why I'll be sniffling my way through yet another cold season.) Little did I know I could get it with my morning shower.
The VitaC shower filter uses Vitamin C to de-chlorinate water and, apparently, turn your shower into a mini fountain-of-youth. According to their website, Vitamin C prevents wrinkles, can make your skin appear more firm, and can even make your hair more manageable. I had no idea.
