2005 designer Sky+ boxes

Remember the designer Sky+ boxes from last year? The limited edition designs from the likes of Cath Kidston and Matthew Williamson were such a success that the lovely people at Sky have decided to do the same thing again, and this time they've roped in accessories queen Lulu Guinness and interior design gurus Cole & Son, Osbourne & Little and Farrow & Ball to design some pretty patterns to go on their miracle telly boxes. So now not only will you never miss an episode of Lost again, but you'll be able to play it from a box covered in a retro wallpaper-esque design. More pictures under the cut...

The boxes are limited editions again, and will be available exclusively in John Lewis stores from November. The good news is that they won't cost you any more than a normal Sky+ box, with prices starting at £99 depending on your subscription. Sky+ allows you to do all kinds of swish things, like pause live telly (great if you need a pee halfway through Desperate Housewives), record shows to watch later, and watch one channel while recording another.
