Oxfam Auction - grab celebrity seconds

Not really anything at all to do with gadgets, but every now and then we like to flag up some worthwhile cause in the hope that it will buy us a few more hours out of purgatory, or some karma plus points, or whatever it is these days. Oxfam's Suffolk division is due to hold a charity auction of various bits of celebrity jumble. It's being held on the 1st October in Woodbridge, Suffolk. Sk8 er-girl Avril Levigne (or Lasagne as the Bayraider gang prefer to call her) has donated a signed tie and photo, Cherie Blair's given a dress and scarf, and Queen guitarist, Anita Dobson Brian May, has donated a pair of leather trousers. Brit celebs include Gary Lineker, Bill Oddie and Julian Clary, as well as Noel Edmonds (but don't let that put you off). All the money goes to the Make Poverty History campaign. You can't bid online, but check this eBay auction for the phone number and instructions.
