ICE - In Case of Emergency
You've probably already been forwarded an email about this one, but I thought I'd give it a quick mention nevertheless. Apologies for dwelling on less than cheery thoughts, but it'll only take a few sentences and then I'll be back to prattling on about some shiny bit of consumer electronics. Basically, if you want people to know who to contact in case of emergencies, stick your favoured love one in your mobile under I.C.E and everyone will know who to call. East Anglian Ambulance service is promoting the scheme, but even non-UK types might be taken with the idea. Anyway, enough of that maudlin business. Just be grateful I don't report on every email forward I get sent, or you'd spend you days reading utter bullpoo about Microsoft's big money giveaways and knock-out gas perfume scams - something that Grazia magazine apparently thought was a true story since they reported on it last week. The great wallies.
