Racquet Zapper

They say that if you build a better mousetrap, the world will beat a path to your door.  I'm not sure if the same holds true for all pest-removal devices, but I have noticed some buzz (ha ha) growing around these souped-up flyswatters.

The Buzz Zapper uses 2 AA batteries to generate an electrical charge that will kill "mosquitoes, house flies, gnats, fruit flies, spiders, and other small insects dead on contact;"  allowing you to taser to those picnic pests both indoors and out.

The Buzz Zapper normally sells for about $10.00, but is currently available for $4.89.  Still, I think I will stick to waving around whatever newspaper or magazine is handy, if only for the satisfying splat.  [Star C. Foster]
