Dangling phone charms are all the rage over in Japan, and they're starting to appear over here as well. Japanese import shops are selling Tortoro and Hello Kitty plastic dangly bits for exorbitant prices so why not go the whole hog and spend some serious money on this Swarovski Heart and Key Charm?
